Modeling and Research of Animal Disease Model

Creative Biolabs provides service of modeling and research of animal disease model to support early drug development and selection/optimization. According to customer requirements, Creative Biolabs can conduct mouse subcutaneous tumor in vivo experiment, fluorescence imaging detection, bioluminescence imaging detection and small animal X-ray imaging to evaluate the simulated disease, so that customers can optimize the compounds with a high probability of success as soon as possible. Creative Biolabs has an internationally certified laboratory that can carry out a full range of modeling and research of animal disease model.

Modeling and Research of Animal Disease Model Services We Can Provide:

  • Subcutaneous Tumor Modeling In Mouse
  • In vivo experiments on mouse subcutaneous tumors are a common way to establish tumor models, which are of great value to the basic and applied research of various tumors. Nowadays, the in vivo experiment of mouse subcutaneous tumors is a mature technology. Subcutaneous tumor modelling is commonly used in the construction of various tumor models such as osteosarcoma, lung cancer, breast cancer, colon cancer, etc. So subcutaneous tumor modelling provides a good way for further research on the characteristics, mechanisms, and drug application of various tumors research.

We provide but are not limited to:

    • A well-designed experiment protocol with all kinds of following tests you may need.
    • A high-end feeding room and operating room with a full-powered purification system will make sure there will be no trouble during rising and tumor culture.
    • Experienced employees which are skilful in tumor culture, we can guarantee the success rate of the operation is high which can avoid the waste of tumor samples.
  • Fluorescence Imaging Detection Service
  • Fluorescence imaging technology is commonly used in vivo detection technology. The principle is to mark the tissue to be detected with a specific fluorescent labeling molecule, and then use excitation light of a suitable wavelength to excite, so that the fluorescent label absorbs the excitation light and emits another wavelength of emission light. Generally, the wavelength of the emitted light is longer. In vivo, fluorescence imaging technology can perform non-invasive and non-invasive tissue functional imaging of small animals.

We provide but are not limited to:

    • The full set of fluorescence imaging detection from marker design to image analysis.
    • Specificity marker design for your specificity purpose makes your detection clear.
    • Provide image processing and analysis to fit your need.
  • Bioluminescence Imaging Detection Service
  • Bioluminescence imaging detection is currently widely used in vivo detection technology. Its principle is to use the combination of luciferin and luciferase to consume ATP and oxygen to produce photons to convert chemical energy into detectable photon signals. The bioluminescence technology used in the living body inserts the luciferin gene into the cell chromosome and expresses it so that the number of luminescence per cell and the luminescence conditions are stable.

We provide but are not limited to:

    • A customize detection plan to meet your requirement specificity.
    • Single or multiple marker design for your detection, aiming at one point or a group to verify.
    • We provide image process surveys to help you go further into data.
  • Small Animal X-Ray Imaging Service
  • We provide X-ray service powered by SkyScan 1278 from BRUKER. This micro-CT platform is the world's fastest, low-dose, high-resolution X-ray platform, which supports us to provide the best X-ray scanning service. X-ray microcomputed tomography (microCT) can do a good job in detecting and characterizing soft-tissue structures, skeletal abnormalities, and tumors in live animals. MicroCT system gives out high-resolution images, has a rapid data acquisition speed, and the most important, excellent sensitivity to skeletal tissue and good sensitivity to soft tissue.

We provide but are not limited to:

    • High-resolution images for your report and treatise.
    • Short working period powered by rapid data acquisition speed.
    • High-quality results on both bones and soft tissue tumors.
